3. Cancellations and Modifications

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in. The credit card holder must be present at check-in.

5. Hotel Rules and Regulations

During your stay at any Aqlobxey property, you agree to comply with all hotel rules and regulations, including but not limited to:

• No smoking in non-smoking rooms or designated non-smoking areas.
• No pets, unless staying at a pet-friendly property and having made appropriate arrangements.
• Maintaining appropriate noise levels, especially during evening hours.
• Treating hotel staff, other guests, and property with respect.

Failure to comply with hotel rules may result in additional charges, eviction without refund, or legal action.

6. Liability and Damage

Aqlobxey Hotels & Resorts is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings on our premises. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence, misuse, or willful acts. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's account.
